1 Definitions

The following terms carry the meanings assigned below throughout this document:

2 Acceptance of Terms

By completing the 77ace registration process, you represent and warrant that: (a) you are at least 21 years of age; (b) you are legally permitted to engage in online gambling under the laws of your country of residence; (c) you are not registering on behalf of any third party; and (d) all information provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete.

These Terms are effective from the moment you complete account registration and continue in full force unless terminated in accordance with the provisions herein. Your continued use of the 77ace platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

3 Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the 77ace platform. The creation of duplicate accounts — whether using the same identity, device, payment method, IP address, or household — is strictly prohibited. 77ace employs automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate account activity.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. 77ace will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your login details. If you suspect your account has been compromised, you must contact 77ace support immediately.

• One account per player, per household, and per device is permitted.
• Account credentials must not be shared with or transferred to any third party.
• Players must update their account information promptly if any registered details change.
• 77ace reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify account information at any time.

4 Age Verification & Eligibility

The 77ace platform is strictly restricted to players aged 21 years and above. 77ace operates mandatory age verification procedures in compliance with its international gaming license requirements. Age verification may be requested at registration, prior to the first withdrawal, or at any point during the player's account lifecycle.

Acceptable age verification documents include a valid national CNIC, passport, or government-issued identification card showing date of birth and photograph. Documents must be current and unaltered. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification will result in account suspension and the holding of all funds pending resolution.

5 Deposits & Payments

77ace accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. 77ace does not charge platform fees on incoming deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges which are beyond 77ace's control.

Minimum deposit amounts are displayed on the 77ace cashier page and may vary by payment method. All deposits are credited to the player's PKR wallet upon confirmation from the payment provider — typically within 30 seconds for mobile wallet providers such as JazzCash and EasyPaisa.

• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the player's own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• 77ace reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for deposits above threshold amounts.
• Cryptocurrency deposits in USDT TRC20 are credited at the prevailing PKR exchange rate at the time of network confirmation.
• Failed deposits should be reported to 77ace support within 24 hours with transaction reference details.

6 Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawal of their available balance at any time subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible.

Standard processing timelines are as follows: JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within five minutes of approval. Bank transfers to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank typically settle within 24 hours. USDT TRC20 withdrawals are subject to network confirmation times.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by 77ace are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of each offer. In the event of any conflict between the general Terms and a specific promotional offer, the specific promotional terms take precedence.

Wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe specified in the promotion. Unused bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited at expiry. 77ace reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.

• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, and per IP address.
• Bonuses cannot be combined unless explicitly stated in the promotional terms.
• Certain game types (e.g., live casino, specific slots) may contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements — contribution rates are listed in the specific promotion terms.
• Free spins winnings are credited as bonus funds unless otherwise stated.

8 Gameplay & Fair Use

All casino games on the 77ace platform use certified random number generators (RNG) independently audited by recognised testing laboratories. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds held:

• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or misconfigured game settings. Any winnings derived from a technical error are void.

• Chip dumping, match fixing, or any form of sports integrity violation in connection with 77ace betting markets.

9 Sports Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on the 77ace sportsbook are governed by these Terms and the specific sports betting rules applicable to each sport and market type. Cricket betting — including PSL matches, international Tests, ODIs, and T20Is — is subject to official result confirmation from the relevant governing body.

In the event that a match, fixture, or event is abandoned, cancelled, or suspended before the point at which a result can be determined, 77ace reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the player's PKR wallet. Specific outcomes may differ by market type and are governed by the applicable sports rules published on the platform.

• In-play bets are accepted up to the market suspension point and are binding upon confirmation.
• Maximum bet limits per market are displayed on each betting interface and may vary by event and player account level.
• 77ace reserves the right to limit or void bets placed in error due to obvious pricing mistakes.
• UFC, football, and kabaddi markets follow the same general settlement principles with sport-specific rules as published.

10 Responsible Gaming

77ace is committed to promoting responsible gambling across all player interactions. The platform provides a suite of responsible gaming tools accessible from the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps configurable by the player. Increases take effect after a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period; decreases take immediate effect.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set maximum continuous session durations with automatic logout upon expiry.

11 Account Suspension & Termination

77ace reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable identity information.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or criminal activity associated with the account.
• Account found to belong to a player who is self-excluded on any affiliated platform.
• Account found to belong to a player under the age of 21.
• Inactivity: accounts with no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be marked dormant. An administration fee may apply to dormant accounts as disclosed in the cashier section.

Upon account closure for regulatory reasons, 77ace will process a return of verifiable player funds after deducting any amounts associated with identified policy violations or pending investigations.

12 Intellectual Property

All content on the 77ace platform — including but not limited to software, design, graphics, text, game content, logos, trademarks, and data — is the intellectual property of 77ace or its licensed content providers. No part of the platform may be reproduced, copied, distributed, or commercially exploited without the prior written consent of 77ace.

Game content provided by third-party studios such as Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, and others remains the intellectual property of those respective providers and is licensed to 77ace for platform use. Players may access games solely for personal entertainment purposes.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 77ace shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the platform. This includes, without limitation, loss of winnings, loss of data, service interruptions, or third-party payment provider delays.

77ace does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform and accepts no liability for downtime caused by technical maintenance, server issues, or circumstances beyond reasonable control (including but not limited to force majeure events, internet service provider failures, or regulatory action).

The platform is provided on an "as is" basis. While 77ace takes all reasonable steps to ensure game fairness and platform stability, it cannot warrant that all content will be error-free at all times. Players are responsible for ensuring that their device and connection are suitable for platform use.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which 77ace holds its international gaming license. In the event of a dispute, players are encouraged to first contact the 77ace support team, which handles complaints through a structured internal process with a target resolution time of five business days.

Should a dispute remain unresolved following internal escalation, players may refer the matter to the relevant alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body recognised under 77ace's licensing framework. The ADR process is independent of 77ace and provides a binding outcome.

Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you may hold as a consumer under the laws applicable in your country of residence.

15 Amendments to These Terms

77ace reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via account email notification and/or a notice displayed on the platform. The effective date of any revision will be updated at the top of this document.

Your continued use of the 77ace platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact support to close your account and recover any available balance.
